Charities that help people are way more important than charities that help animals

Charities that help people are way more important than charities that help animals.

I know that no living thing should suffer but humans are more important than animals because if a human gets cancer they need money for treatment but if they don’t have money charities can raise that money to get treatment.
We need animals to harvest like oil meat hair and more. But humans are more important than animals. Charities help humans with lots of things like raising money for disease and people that need help.

In my opinion, charities that help humans are more important than charities that help animals.

rafting william pike

Leaving the school the excitement was on an all-time high well that's what we thought. As we got to the Polytechnic we had so much hype in our systems. We went into the shed and got an introduction to the instructor Alex Jasper Ruben Austin. Then we got changed and got are splash jacket and helmet. we hopped into the van hyped as Sammi was taking photos on snapchat we arrived at the Arnold we unloaded the equipment and walk up to the entry of the river played couple games and it was time to go into the river I was wee bit nervous but excited more as we got onto the river that whole nervous thing went away and I was 100% excitement Me Declyn Tristan had the funniest guide Ruben he was tell us about the greatest thing hot raro and the river jokes that are only told on the river they are funny as they are river jokes that I'm not telling you them because of the rule of what's said on the river stay on the river as are raft smash into the rapids it was so fun. We stop at a little cleary for a lunch break we got back on are raft went down the river. Then we hit pyramid rock that's normally two or three meters out of the water but we could just see it we nearly flipped but are guide Austin save it we all yelled back on the Job boys and we keeped rowing down the river into the rapids. We played a game about the trees what type of trees are they. Ruben said what’s that tree that looks like it has dreads we all said Rimu but I from like ,red beech, mountain beech, black beech, silver beech, and Rimu, there's more trees that I can’t think of them as went down the river we saw a dead cow by the side of the river then the guide said here's the finish.

Kades 4J's running reflection

I went from running 22-minute run's and now running 16 17 18 minute run's pretty easily I know that's not that good but it is for me because I'm unfit and this has helped my fitness. Most schools in New Zealand don't run 2.6km on a daily basis. I and have learnt how to wake up every day and run the 2.6km run. And this has helped my fitness for west coast basketball running up and down the court when my fitness drops it's over the summer school holidays when it's seven week's away from school but last summer school holidays 20km every second day. One day I and Jack L biked 32.6km I'm planning to do the same thing. I have enjoyed the challenge and I'm sad to see it go I would like to thank my teachers Mr McAulay and Mr S-W.

Poll tax social slam

My opinion on the Poll Tax: It’s dumb to judge people on their race but all the other people got in for free they just targeted the Chinese.

Why was it targeting Chinese: Because they’re racist.

What is a poll tax? Its charging people to come into the country based on who they are. For example a person from China would be charged but people from Europe would not be charged.

Did they ever get paid back: Yes you can apply and get funding for community projects like the Kumara chinese gardens.

What was the yellow peril: The Yellow Peril is a racist colour-metaphor. Basically saying the Chinese were bad and you shouldn't let them in to your country.

vietnam war social slam

My opinion:

I reckon that the war should have not started because it was a waste of human life and America got no land and did not stop communism.  When did it happen 1955-1975. They started to plan the war in 1955 but combat started in 1965. Why did this happen? Communism. lots of countries were turning to it and America was about capitalism. Would this happen today? No. Nobody would go. There would be huge protests. Our military numbers are very small these days.

mining getting banned social slam

I personally think mining should not be banned but I was put on the should ban on conservation land Mining on conservation land is wrong! For these reasons. Your wipe out the land and its bad for the environment because of the machines Aka global warming so all the seals will die and I will be sad #SAVETHESEALS. The mines make new Zealand look bad because there will be holes everywhere what looks bad all the tourist will think New Zealand is just mine that's dumb I have a story I go hare shooting but I can’t pretty much because they don't have habitat because it was mined for gold some family rely on mining to put food on the table and roof on there head some towns rely on mining or they are ghost towns how are people met to make money without mining it's our future it's so hard to find a job without mining it would be harder.

kades opinion piece

Watching the fishing boats so close in they are like 1 kilometre out there where all the rig and elephant fish are i wondered how many fishing boats are out there  so when I go surf fishing  l can’t catch a fish with rod and reel river fishing is the thing because the sea run trout don’t get caught our kawhai or  salmon don’t .

In American the salmon are nearly extinct because of the hatcheries the hatcheries are net salmon in the mountains and killing them and taking their eggs and by the time they get to the hatchery most of the eggs are dead if they let the salmon spawn and then they will hatch and go back out to sea and then come back up into the mountain to spawn.

but these hatchery bully the salmon the Idaho sockeye salmon in 1991 it was listed on the extinct list in 1985 to 1990 only 62 adult sockeye salmon made it from the ocean to the Idaho Stanley basin to spawn but in 1992 only 1 sockeye salmon made it the famous lonesome larry one year it got hot and heated up the water and killed tens of thousands so now global warming.

referee can not be right all the time

I disagree that the referee can always be right i've been angry at a referee for their calls like when I got punched in the face when i guy could not take a tackle and got and punched in the.

face and referee done not a single thing about it and watched it I was about to punch him back in the face but the referee said no! But it's in self-defence so i did not punch him because the.

referee said but then i tackled him hard as possible when he had the ball as revenge. But what i said the referee can not be right like in basketball i got fouled so hard but the referee but did not call a foul or like the football world cup when that shot went in but they did not use. cameras so the referee did not know if it went in or not but watching it went in the goal it went over the line into the goal and bounced out and the goalie grabbed it or like that guy got knocked. out by the keeper or one time i was on my knees and sritp the ball in rugby you can not do that and it was on there tryline so if i got the ball down it would be a try and i did i was going to. say that it should not be a try but that try made us win the game or this basketball match we watched when it was hard to know if it was a foul but it was but the other team was not having it. say no it's not a foul and the team who got the free throws got the win but you know the referee.was not sure he was shaking his head was it a. foul or not he's not a one-sided referee it's a joke one-sided referee it’s not a thing.

haast/hollyford road

Writing from Different Perspective. why is this road being built? It is being built so people don’t have to travel so far and it will be a good road to drive. How much will money will they need to do it. They need $230million What will be good about it: That families will be able to have better picnics and be able to travel around the south island faster and FINALLY get some good fish and people will be able to get to the lake quicker and a better / smoother road there and it will get Haast some more customers at the shops and motels. The road is going through Haast to Milford sound. Things that are similar but worse: Well $230m is a lot of money and our parents will have to pay for it because of tax but at least they are spending it on something good like instead of a flag we are getting a new road that more people will use than a flag, I reckon this is a good idea because more people will use it instead of just looking at a flag.

1985 bombing rainbow Warrior

Writing From Different Perspective Peace No War you're in our NZ Territory we want a nuclear free world. We don't want you coming into New Zealand And you testing all of your nuclear bombs when New Zealand do not want any trouble. We don’t want you french to come into New Zealand and start testing all your nuclear bombs you could hit our land, Nuclear also makes people sick we do not want you entering New Zealand with all of your Nuclear Bombs.A Female French Agent goes under the the Rainbow Warrior Secretly and put a Carbon and C4 bombs on the Hull of the Rainbow Warrior. Not knowing that there were people on the Rainbow Warrior because it was in the Auckland Harbor and it was in the middle of the night. Now the reason the french bombed the Rainbow Warrior was because Green Peace kept coming to the Testing sight and protesting and basicly they thought if the boat is blown up they have no boat to come to protest. When the french spies blew up the rainbow warrior they also thought that there was no one on the ship and there happened to be 4 people on the ship. Which cause two people on the Rainbow Warrior to Die Cause of Drowning and because of the explosion It was in 1985 in auckland harbour the rainbow warrior was making peace for nuclear weapons The person that bombed the boat was christine Carbon and they used c4 to blow up the rainbow warriors and one person died.
